From individualizing your reps, sets and rest times to customizing your heart rate zones, Christina has the passion for looking at all possible variables that deliver optimal results. NUTRITION COACHING

Christina believes that consistency is the key to real life changing results. Christina has used her skills as a Level 2 PN Certified Fitness Nutrition coach to master the art of habits based coaching that empowers her clients to make mindful nutrition decisions.

 

Taking a compassionate approach, she works to understand not only the “what” behind her clients food decisions but also the “why”. By looking at the situation holistically and understanding the clients environment, lifestyle and social interactions; Christina is able to create a nutrition program that actually fits her clients needs and ability.

 

Working with Christina is beyond a boring (and often frustrating) meal plan. She believes its about understanding and respecting the clients individuality, and tackling their behaviours that ultimately lead to a healthier and more energetic lifestyle.
